For the first post of the new eclectroniclash.org, I would like to share this song.

I’m going crazy. I’m feeling…something. Like I want to run away; I just want to get on a train or a plane and go somewhere. I’m feeling relentlessly restless. I believe that this song not only explains how I feel right now, but embodies it.

Björk, Goddess of Music, has recently released her music video for Wanderlust and an EP of remixes. My favorite of these is the Ratatat Remix. It kind of has a more pop/rock thing than the original. It’s a fun remix compared to the solemn, epic original. I like it a lot.

And the music video is pretty much amazing. It inspired me for a photoshoot I want to do with my friend.

So I can’t run away yet, and when I do get to run away, it won’t be as far away as I want it to be. For now, I’ll just live vicariously through Björk in the song and music video. Oh sigh.

So… if you’ve been to this site before, you can see that everything has pretty much been stripped bare except for the layout. My host recently changed servers, and in that change, all of my information was deleted. Uploaded songs, previous posts, everything. It sucks, but I’m starting over with eclectroniclash.org. So bear with me over the next few weeks and months as I bring eclectroniclash.org back to what it used to be… and to a whole new level.
